RETURNS Your satisfaction is
important to us.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, return it
for an exchange or full product refund! If we made the mistake in
the item sent to you and you don't want it, we'll even refund the
shipping in both directions. We ask that you return items in
new
re-sellable condition within 14 days. If there is a manufacturers
defect please
contact us to arrange for a return or replacement.
Most items we carry ship within one to two business days and take
2-8 business days to deliver within the continental US.
Returns at The Plant Factory, Inc. are easy!
Simply
contact us and let us know the reason for the return. We will
then give you a return authorization number so you can return the
item.
As long as it is within 14 days of receipt of your shipment, you
may return ANY item for an exchange or refund (We'll even refund the
shipping cost if the return is a result of our error). The customer
is responsible for the return shipping fees. Additionally, if your
purchase qualified for "Free Shipping" the actual cost of shipping
of your item will be deducted from your refund.
Items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery, or in
un-sellable condition, or missing parts, may be refused or may be
charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion up to 15%
Should any returns get damaged (or lost) during (return) shipping
the customer is responsible for filing any and all claims with the
carrier (as The Plant Factory, Inc will be unable to provide a
credit for damaged or lost merchandise)
Failure to contact us, may affect our ability to process the
return and any corresponding credit to your account.
We value your patronage and respect your
privacy.
Privacy is a very serious matter for The Plant Factory, Inc. It
is true that in order to process your request, we must know basic
contact information such as your full name, address, e-mail address
and method of payment; however, all required information is kept
internally and is never shared with third parties.
Your information kept confidential and is never sold to mailing
lists. Credit card numbers are NOT stored on our servers.
Servers used are those of the payment providers and processors.
Warranty: We extend no guarantee
beyond that supplied by the manufacturers, and imply no warranty as
to the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any
item. The liability of The Plant Factory, Inc.is limited to the
purchase price at the time of shipment.
Damage Claims: Claims due to
shipping damage must be filed with the carrier within 48 hours of
receipt of goods.

Shipping: We do ship products to
various locations outside the contiguous United States, which
require the finalization of shipping costs after the order has been
placed. It is difficult to calculate these costs prior to shipping
due to unkown variables.
